Deretter tar vi oss videre mellom strandsonen og fjellfoten i variert terreng til Kuvika og Ramnvika. Siste stopp blir i Vegdalen, en gr\u00f8nn perle med hytter og fossefall. Rett f\u00f8r Vegdalsskaret er det viktig \u00e5 fylle opp vannflasker da det p\u00e5 resten av turen er lite med vann \u00e5 oppdrive. Det er ogs\u00e5 herifra stigningen for alvor begynner.<br \/>Rett f\u00f8r Vegdalsskaret er det merket pil opp til venstre hvor stien g\u00e5r videre opp mot toppen. Terrenget skifter fra varierende til stein. Her er det lurt \u00e5 ta seg god tid og ta et skritt om gangen for \u00e5 spare p\u00e5 kreftene. Stigningen avtar i liten grad f\u00f8r man er oppe.<br \/>N\u00e5r man f\u00f8rst er kommet opp kan man nyte en fantastisk utsikt over hele Helgelandskysten. Der vil en b\u00e5t st\u00e5 klar for \u00e5 frakte oss videre til S\u00f8la.<br \/>P\u00e5 S\u00f8la vil vi g\u00e5 gjennom gamle g\u00e5rdstun f\u00f8r vi kommer til en bratt steinur som tar oss hele veien til toppen. Terrenget er steinete og ulendt, s\u00e5 gode sko med godt feste p\u00e5 stein er \u00e5 anbefale.<br \/>P\u00e5 toppen vil vi f\u00e5 en fantastisk utsikt nordover mot Tr\u00e6na og L\u00e5vund, og s\u00f8rover mot Leka.<br \/>Husk \u00e5 sm\u00f8re matpakke og ta med flasker for \u00e5 b\u00e6re vann i. Det er lite vann \u00e5 oppdrive p\u00e5 turen. Matpakke kan man sm\u00f8re til frokost p\u00e5 basecampen om man \u00f8nsker.
