We offer a well-equipped meeting room for up to 16 people and can also set up the restaurant, Ravnen Pub & Spiseri, for meetings and presentations.

Events and celebrations with a unique atmosphere
Planning a wedding, confirmation, anniversary or christening? Ravnen Pub & Spiseri is a beautiful venue for big celebrations. On Vega, you can celebrate, dine and stay overnight in one place – with the option to combine your event with outdoor experiences and activities. We’re happy to assist with both planning and coordination.
Ravnen Pub & Spiseri is also an excellent option for schools, sports clubs and other groups. The connected meeting room is ideal for lessons, briefings or social gatherings.
Company trips, conferences and teambuilding
Base Camp Vega is designed for groups that want something out of the ordinary. With 40 beds in our “Eider Houses for people”, you can rent the entire camp exclusively – or we’ll tailor a setup for smaller groups with accommodation, activities, meals and meeting space included.
All dining is provided by Ravnen Pub & Spiseri, and we’ll adjust the menu and arrangements to your needs. With nature and tranquility as the backdrop, there’s room for new ideas, fresh energy – and better teamwork.
A popular concept: lunch to lunch
Our most requested group format is a “lunch to lunch” stay. Here’s what a typical itinerary might look like:
Day 1
- Arrival and welcome lunch at Ravnen Pub & Spiseri
- Meeting or workshop in the meeting room or restaurant
- Group activities by interest (climbing, kayaking, biking, etc.)
- Three-course dinner in the restauran
Day 2
- Breakfast in the restaurant
- More meetings or activities
Wrap up with a warm lunch before departure.

Groups can be split by interest or fitness level – and we can also organize friendly competitions. Example activities include:
- Hike Vegatrappa – voted Northern Norway’s most beautiful mountain hike
- Kayak among the islands of a UNESCO World Heritage Site

- Try axe throwing – just like in the TV show Farmen
